First Visit
If this is your first visit to AlignWell® then we want to ensure you feel 100% comfortable! Our friendly staff will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you have at your first appointment.
Our New Patient Appointment Process is over two days with each day being up to one hour.
Step 1: Fill Out Paperwork Prior to First Visit.
Please submit your paperwork and a copy of your ID and Insurance online through the below links!
Step 2: New Patient Evaluation
During this comprehensive 60 minute appointment our team will:
Give you a tour of our office to help you feel at home.
Give you an evaluation using our state-of-the-art technology to assess the location and severity of nerve interference, muscle tension, and heart rate variability in your body.
When necessary, specific postural x-rays can be acquired in our digital x-ray suite to allow the doctors to analyze the exact structure of your spine. This provides the doctor’s insight to effectively and safely reach your health goals.
Step 3: New Patient Orientation and Consultation with Doctor.
During your Day 2 appointment:
Our doctors will present further information on your health, our technique, and the basis for recommendations.
Then, we will review findings from your assessment and x-rays and discuss the doctor’s specific recommendations for your care.
You will receive your first adjustment and be on your way to bettering your health.
